Account Suspended!!

 

If you are seeing this page, it means your hosting account has been suspended. Please read below for possible causes and remedies.

Suspended Due to Non-Payment

This can occur if the automatic monthly or yearly transaction for hosting has failed. Please check your credit card and billing information and make sure the necessary funds are available before contacting us.

  • To verify the credit card on file:
    1. Log into the Command Center for your domain.
    2. Click on the Administration tab.
    3. Click "Credit Card Information. Only the last 4 digits are provided for security reasons.
    4. If the credit card needs to be updated, please call Customer Support at 1-800-420-6928.

      Note: Email sent to support containing credit card information will be deleted immediately for security reasons.

  • To verify and/or change the Billing Address on file:
    1. Log into the Command Center for your domain.
    2. Click on the Administration tab.
    3. Click "Contact Information".
    4. Make any necessary changes and click Save.

Please remember:

  1. The address listed in Contact Information needs to be the same address that is used by your credit card issuer for address verification. Your credit card issuer will have 2 addresses - the address where your statement is mailed, and the address that is used for address verification. These addresses do not always match, especially if you have recently moved. If you have received notification stating that the hosting transaction failed for Bad Address, this is likely the case. Please contact your credit card issuer to correct this before contacting us.
  2. The master email address and alternate email address are notified by email whenever there is a billing issue, such as past due notices and credit card errors. Therefore, it is very important to keep both emails valid and check them often.
  3. Hosting accounts are suspended 7 days after the failed billing date unless new payment arrangements have been made. Once your account has been suspended, you must contact Customer Support to un-suspend your account, even if the next billing date arrives and the automatic transaction processes successfully.

Bandwidth Overusage

If you have exceeded your hosting plan's traffic limit by 500%, your account will automatically be suspended. In this case, please contact Customer Support for solutions to this issue.

AUP/TOS Violation

Spamming, adult content, and illegal warez are just a few violations which can result in your account being suspended. If your account has been suspended for any of these violations, you will need to move your hosting elsewhere, as we will not re-activate the account.
